Mission

The Living Information Center is dedicated to improving community welfare and contributing to the healthy and sustainable development of society. We provide accurate and reliable information to support everyday life, working in collaboration with government agencies, businesses, and local communities to create a more livable society.

Our Activities

We contribute to society through the following initiatives:

Support for Single-Mother Families in the Philippines
We support Nikkei (Japanese-descendant) single-mother families living in the Philippines who face limited access to education, helping them build a hopeful and stable future.

Home Care Service: Kurashi no Izumi
In response to Japan’s aging population and declining birthrate, we established Kurashi no Izumi, a home-visit care service. Through this initiative, we provide compassionate in-home care while fostering individuals who can contribute to their local communities.

Caregiver Training & Certification Support
We support mothers who come to Japan from the Philippines by helping them obtain professional caregiving qualifications, enabling them to build careers and actively participate in society.

Fields of Activity

Health, Medical Care & Welfare / Social Education / Community Development / Information Society

Vision

The Living Information Center aims to create a cycle in which those who receive support can go on to support others. We strive to build a society where everyone can live authentically, while connecting local communities with the wider world and fostering mutual support across cultures.
